The Culinary Concierge | Hungry Traveller BTL Campaign

In January 2023, Gousto focused on its global range, building a four-week campaign around dishes inspired by culinary capitals from around the world. As Creative Director, I shaped The Hungry Traveller across print, digital and social, introducing a playful ‘Culinary Concierge’ while keeping the food front and centre. I guided the work from development through delivery, holding the ambition and raising the standard throughout. It became Gousto’s most ambitious BTL campaign to date with 80% of customers said it added variety, 76% said it added excitement, NPS rose from 45 to 53, and recipes were 2.24x as popular as average. The campaign also went on to win Gold for Inside Out’s Best Project 2023 and Bronze for Creative Pool’s Annual 2023 Integrated Campaign Award.
