Leadership Development & Coaching

Building brands and developing the people behind them have always gone hand in hand for me. I care deeply about the growth of creative talent, not just in the teams I lead, but across the wider creative community. To bring more structure to that commitment, I completed a Certificate of Professional Development in Coaching at the University of Strathclyde. That training now underpins how I support leaders at different stages of their careers.

I’ve mentored and coached creative leaders across organisations including Lord’s Cricket Club, Bloom & Wild, Compare the Market, Pip & Nut, OVO Energy, Propercorn, Longleat Safari Park, Utility Warehouse, Cook and Yoto.

Within Gousto, I designed and delivered four years of structured Personal Development Challenges for the creative team, covering areas such as creative confidence, feedback culture, storytelling and leadership presence. The programme was later adopted more widely across the business, embedding development as a core capability rather than an optional extra.

If you’re looking for coaching to strengthen your creative leadership, I’d love to hear from you.

Testimonials | On the Record

‘Katie is and continues to be a support and coach for me beyond our time working together. She always puts development first, and really gets to know people - pushing them in ways that gets you thinking beyond your comfort zone. I hugely valued this, and thoroughly enjoyed working with Katie.’

Experienced Project Manager

‘I have reached out to Katie on a few occasions, and found her to be a great sounding board with plenty of ideas on creative leadership, positioning and strategic thinking. Whilst I appreciated listening to the insights and the vast experience Katie possesses as a creative leader, what I really appreciated was Katie giving me her time usually from within a demanding schedule of her own, and a genuine interest in my own working setup and success. I certainly walked away picking up new ideas from Katie, whether tactical, operation or creative, even implementing some ideas in my day to day.’

Creative Director

‘Katie has put in place a fantastic personal development challenge every month. It's one of my favourite things to do each month at work. It brings the team closer together and is so valuable.’

Midweight Copywriter

’I’ve relished every PDP challenge Katie has created this year. I’ve made time for each one, andthey’ve been valuable not only for personal growth but for bonding the team. They encourageus to be vulnerable, reflect deeply, and connect more meaningfully.’
