From Subscription to Shelf | Sainsbury’s Partnership
Gousto’s partnership with Sainsbury’s marked the brand’s first move from subscription-only into supermarket retail. I played a central role in establishing the partnership and shaping the proposition, from selecting the launch recipe range to guiding packaging and in-store promotion, ensuring Gousto translated confidently from box to shelf. The range launched into 60 stores across the UK and quickly scaled, introducing new customers to Gousto within their regular supermarket shop. Balancing aspiration, accessibility and value, the work positioned Gousto as a distinctive new presence
in-store while staying true to the brand.
